Tradewind Recruitment started its life as 1st Contact Recruitment, but changed its name in late 2004. At that time the business recruited within the Education, Healthcare and Social Work markets but, in 2005, we decided to specialise in the Education and Social Care sectors solely. We also recruit in these same sectors in Australia.

The last few years have seen unprecedented growth and our status as the premier recruitment agency in London for Social Workers, Teachers and School Support Staff is now confirmed. Our success is based upon the quality of our staff and our candidates.
