High Quality standards

We take our responsibilities to our clients and candidates very seriously, and therefore each and every one of our candidates has to undergo a series of compliance and training requirements.

To work with Advantage Healthcare, you will need:

• Be eligible to work in the UK.
  
• Have a UK/EU passport or appropriate visa
  
• Have a current UK NMC (Nursing Midwifery Council) PIN number, if you are a nurse.
  
• Undertake an Enhanced CRB, POCA and POVA check (we can arrange this for you).
  
• Ensure you have the skills and experience that the role requires.

In line with CQC (The Care Quality Commission) guidelines, every care recruitment or domiciliary care agency must complete a personal file checklist for each of their candidates to ensure that you are compliant to work with elderly and vulnerable people.
