Description This vacancy is being advertised by Shorterm Engineers Ltd. (EA)Help Desk Analyst to work on a permanent basis with established technologies-engineering company based Surrey. To provide quality support with a high degree of customer satisfaction, technical expertise and timeliness
  • Research, resolve and respond to queries received via telephone calls, emails and call-backs in a timely manner in accordance with the service level agreements.
  • Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant product offerings and support policy’s in order to provide technically accurate solutions to customers.
  • Record information accurately, add any pertinent contract information, and pass on within the defined time-scales.
  • Liaison with customers and sub-contractors where necessary to manage calls through to resolution.
  • Provide Team leader with end of shift status report
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping within the Service Centre
  • Present a professional and responsible image to customers.
  • Cover other members of the Service Centre as required
  • Lead or participate in team projects that enhance the quality or efficiency of support
  • May act as a product liaison for products, working with other departments and third party developers to solve technical issues as needed
  • Exercise both departmental, technical and service policies as supported by the Service Centre
  • Proactively monitor, manage and update monitoring systems to parameters set within the contractual agreement
  • May handle escalations as assigned
