Working predominantly with SMEs across a wide range of industries and sectors our HR Consultants advise CEOs, business owners and other senior managers on how to handle their people to protect the interests of the business and to drive productivity. We believe that commercially focused HR should align with, and help define, the operational, tactical and strategic goals of the organisation to enhance business performance.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR generalist who has operated in a business partnering capacity to join our team of HR Consultants. Included in the full spectrum of HR disciplines in which you will need to be well versed are Talent and Performance Management, Employment Law and Employee Relations, Reward and Remuneration, Learning and Development, Policies and Procedures. You will need to build and manage relationships with a wide range of Beststart clients, ensuring that you provide sound commercial advice and identifying opportunities to develop the HR provision for those clients.
