Deminos started in 2007, set up by our own husband-and-wife team of Neil and Louise Atkinson.
Neil used to run a map-design company, but decided it was time to guide people in the right direction in a different way. With Louise previously working as a human resources executive and being a fellow of the CIPD, offering an HR outsourcing service was the only way to go.
Since then, Deminos has grown into a wider team of HR, employment law and health and safety advisors with all types of experience, and we believe this makes us well prepared to manage whatever HR issues come your way.
We now have a 300-strong client base of customers from a wide range of sectors, while still offering that close-knit, personal service that can only come from a family business.
