Vale of Aylesbury Housing (the Trust) is a ‘not-for-profit’ Registered Social Landlord (RSL) and we provide affordable housing for over 17,000 people living and working in Aylesbury and the surrounding villages of the Vale.
We are one of the area’s leading local social housing providers. We own and are responsible for in excess of 7200 homes, 16 supported housing schemes, 80 shared ownership properties and 2000+ garages. We also own a number of commercial units located in the Vale.
With a growing portfolio of properties that covers over 350 square miles of Aylesbury Vale, an annual turnover of £41 million, and over 230 employees; we aim to make a significant social and economic contribution to our communities within the Vale of Aylesbury.
Although we often work closely with local authority partners we are not part of Aylesbury Vale District Council (AVDC) as we operate as an independent social housing provider.
