An exciting opportunity has arisen for a NHS 111 Clinical Team Manager to join our NHS 111 Management Team.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day line management of Health Advisors and Nurse/Clinical Advisors within your team. You will assist in ensuring operational effectiveness and efficiency within the National Quality Standards and KPI’s for all NHS services.
Supported by the NHS 111 Senior Management Team, you will develop and coach your team of Health Advisors and Nurse/Clinical Advisors, inspiring, motivating and monitoring them to provide safe and high quality patient-focused care for all the NHS 111 Services.
The ideal candidate will be:
A First level current registered nurse
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Able to demonstrate significant post registration training/consolidation experience, in at least two healthcare settings, including one in an aspect of adult general care
Experienced with undifferentiated and undiagnosed patients
Experienced at working with staff in a busy service environment
Previously experienced in leadership, preferably at management level
Previously experienced in engagement and motivation of staff
Effective in time management with strong organisational skills
