and this role of Partnerships Account Executive is key to our continued growth and success. About the Partnerships team
The m/SIX Sponsorship & Partnerships division is a specialist unit within the agency who focus on curating and delivering best in class media partnerships across all media channels. We work across both traditional sponsorships and the more bespoke opportunities for our clients.
Operating at the heart of the agency we work closely with the investment, strategic and planning teams to provide full-service solutions from ideation to implementation, ensuring that campaigns are effective in both investment and delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital part in how this team evolves. The successful candidate will work as a member of the partnerships team working on the day-to-day management of a wide variety of clients and will report into the Partnerships Account Manager. The candidate will help to support the m/SIX partnerships team in the proposal and management of a variety of different partnerships whilst developing expertise in the partnerships arena with energy and pro-active work encouraged.
This role is based in the m/SIX London office with travel to client offices as required. This is a predominately UK focused role with opportunity to work on other m/SIX clients outside of the UK. The role includes: Assisting with the project management of media partnerships - and in many cases taking the role of first point of client contact in the day-to-day management of media partnership campaigns Facilitating brainstorms for initial responses to briefs Updating Partnership case studies on a regular basis Ad hoc duties may include presenting to clients or members of the agency Monthly collation and distribution of key media partnership opportunities to the wider agency Weekly updating of team status documents Collaborating with partners to create the innovative, future facing partnership solutions which stretch across culture, media and tech Manage client fees & budget management to ensure campaign profitability Monitor and report on the success of our partnerships to our clients and the agency Support in new business opportunities / pitches as required What we are looking for: You will have a good understanding of marketing, media planning and communication channels You will have a good working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint You will have a particular attention to detail across all areas of your work A genuine passion for Partnerships and an eagerness to be a part of growing the team further You will be someone that loves building relationships, you thrive on meeting new people and you are comfortable with communicating in person or on the phone You are super organised and thrive working on multiple projects at once You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills You can flex your style and you thrive in working under pressure to deliver to tight deadlines You should be comfortable working with a smaller fast-growing agency where larger support structures are still being established Be a great energy in the team, able to motivate with a positive, can-do attitude You are willing to be a proactive member of the team, providing solutions and suggestions to the team You will be willing to participate and get involved in team events and company initiatives To be considered as a Senior Account Executive, in addition to the above, you will: Ideally have some experience at a media agency or brand Able to prioritize your workload efficiently, skilful at managing up - knowing when to update, when to be proactive, when to raise concerns Have previously managed client relationships or have experience being client facing Be competent in the use of relevant media campaign management tools and systems Have a basic understanding of how all media and specifically partnerships are traded Understand how a partnership fits in to the wider marketing mix Have positive relationships with clients and media owners Understand the finance process, from booking money on the system through to monthly billing - all whilst demonstrating booking accuracy and attention to detail Demonstrate strategic creativity and innovative thinking Our business is Built to Pioneer:
