We are currently recruiting an Account Manager for a market leading laboratory equipment supplier who specialise within the liquid handling market. The role is a field-based position, covering the Cambridgeshire territory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling the company’s range of market leading liquid handling consumables into the hospital, academic and life science sectors. The territory is well established, and the position will be a mixture of account management as well as new business development.
This Account Manager position will offer a competitive basic salary as well as a quarterly bonus scheme, company car, private healthcare, excellent pension scheme as well as many other benefits.
* Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally within a scientific discipline
* Previous life science / laboratory sales experience and success
* Previous experience and knowledge of techniques such as Molecular Biology, Tissue Culture or Liquid Handling
* Personable, dynamic and self-motivated
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
* Full driving licence
