Accounts Assistant to support the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable function. Role is focused on delivery of routine daily, weekly and month end tasks.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
Accounts payable support Supplier reconciliations Inputting, coding & scanning invoices Analysing vendor accounts and providing explanations of costs Accounts receivable support Producing copy invoices and chasing outstanding receivables Data analysis on Excel Accounts Administration Ad-hoc duties and requests
AAT qualified or possessing proven bookkeeping experience. Familiarity with both purchase and sales ledger Attention to detail/accuracy Ability to work to deadlines Competence in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, sumifs, pivot tables) Ability to build relationships with both financial and non-financial people. Assisted with month end reporting in previous roles Experience of VAT returns
Familiarity with Microsoft Navision Experience in a manufacturing business
