This accountancy firm is looking for an accounts assistant to join their friendly and busy team looking after the bookkeeping and payroll for their clients.
The job will involve:
• Entering purchase invoices and reconciling to statement • Reconciling bank accounts • Using accounting software • Using spreadsheets to record transactions • Calculating payroll for clients
You will need to be:
• Keen and enthusiastic • A competent IT user, in particular Excel • Able to organise yourself to ensure deadlines are met and that paperwork is kept in an orderly way • Friendly and helpful with a good email and telephone manner • Be able to work quickly and efficiently
