All of their brands are B2B focused: they have titles aimed at the healthcare & pharmaceutical industry, the construction & property market, luxury lifestyle and a title aimed specifically at UK based small & medium sized businesses, to name just a few.
They are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the creative team with a number of admin related tasks. You will work alongside our Creative Manager and our Creative Co-ordinator in fulfilling customer orders and in ensuring a good customer experience.
Packing up trophies and other physical items to be collected by the courier
Inputting data into our CRM system
Answering inbound calls
Key qualities and requirements for the role:
Knowledge of using Microsoft Office advantageous
Excellent customer service
The ability to work at pace
Experience of telephone use in a professional environment
