Service Care Solutions are looking to recruit an Administrator for a new vacancy that has recently arisen at the Police HQ in Portishead.
The position aims to provide administrative support to the Retained Human Resources Team.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
•Provide work processing support to the Retained Human Resources Team as required, to include manuscript, audio, & dictation.
•Research, compile and produce statistical information for the Retained Human Resources Team.
•To manage and co-ordinate meetings as appropriate to the Retained Human Resources Team, and provide all relevant paperwork and to take minutes or operate recording equipment as necessary.
•To respond to requests for information and compose own correspondence in reply.
•To co-ordinate the electronic diaries of the Retained Human Resources Team and arrange appointments and necessary travel arrangements
•As directed, deal with the distribution, security, administration and updating of confidential information.
The candidate must have:
•Background knowledge of MS office (Word, excel, etc.).
•Previous administrative experience
•Previous experience of using audio equipment
Please note that this is a police-based role, and will therefore all applicants will be screened for security purposes. It is advised that applicants have a clean DBS within the last 5 years.
