Here at Fresh, we’re currently looking to recruit an administrator to join our Central Service team to be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Customer Experience and Heads of Customer Experience.
Arranging meetings, preparing information for presentations and ensuring IT facilities are in place as and when required, you’ll manage and maintain diaries whilst carrying out general office duties to include filing, photocopying and typing. You will also assist with collating information from various sources and competitor research, coupled with creating documents and assisting in putting presentations together.
We’re looking for an individual who is highly organised, who has excellent communication skills and who can prioritise a busy workload. You’ll be confident in the use of a range of software packages including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and demonstrate the ability to construct professional communications via email or letter.
This is a varied role encompassing a broad range of tasks and as part of a small yet constantly growing team, you will need to be an excellent team player and flexible to the needs to the business.
