Traffic Administration Clerk
£10 per hour
Monday to Friday on rotating shifts (6am to 1pm and 1pm to 9pm)
Ongoing temporary

We are currently recruiting a Traffic Administration Clerk for our client in Garston. Within this role you will be working with a busy transport office and conducting day to day administration duties. Working days are Monday to Friday on rotating shifts 6am to 1pm and 1pm to 9pm. The role is ongoing temporary with an hourly rate of £10 per hour.

Please only apply for this role if you are available to work between 6:00am and 9:00pm Monday to Friday.

The main duties of a Traffic Administration Clerk are;
  • Complete daily reports within the time scales to meet service level agreements
  • Communicate with drivers daily over any delivery or logistical issues
  • Take de-briefs from drivers on any issues
  • Recording driver fuel usage, hours and in & out times
  • Download and review data from each shift - feedback to management on any issues
  • Effectively communicate with management and the wider team
  • Track customer orders
  • Publish the weekly KPI's

  • Ideally you will have transport office experience but those with other administration experience will be considered
  • Be confident engaging with drivers and management on a daily basis
  • Be able to work Monday to Friday between 6am and 9pm
