It’s an exciting time to be joining Ashford Medical Partnership.
On 11th March 2019, three well established practices merged to become Ashford Medical Partnership. Willesborough Health Centre, Singleton Health Centre and St Stephens Health Centre serve a practice population of over 32,500 patients.
The practices are all located in the heart of Ashford and are approximately 2.5miles apart. The sites are within easy reach of Junctions 9 and 10 of the M20 and we are a few minutes from Ashford International train station.
The current workforce is led by 10 GP Partners, 6 salaried GP’s, 3 Nurse Practitioners, a large Nursing and HCA Team and our other allied healthcare professionals. The clinical team is complimented by a General Manager and a large Administrative team consisting of reception, administrative and secretarial staff.
We are a friendly, proactive and forward-thinking practice. As part of our recent growth, we are looking to recruit further staff members to complement our existing team.
What can we offer?
We are a busy GMS practice that operates over three sites. We currently have vacancies for new clinical team members to join our expanding team.
We are looking to appoint a forward thinking and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join us in delivering high quality healthcare to the population of Ashford. Ours is a fast-paced environment but one which is supported by a strong team-ethic and in which continuing professional development and opportunities for specialisation are encouraged. The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and two references.
We are looking for someone who will be able to hit the ground running and shares our passion for health care and vital public services.
The NHS is ever busy and therefore the role may be challenging, but we have exciting plans ahead and you can rely on a supportive and friendly environment in which to develop your skills.
You will be of a friendly and caring disposition and be enthusiastic about the innovation of health care services.
There are learning and development opportunities for the right candidate.

Applications from job seekers who require Tier 2 sponsorship to work in the UK are welcome and will be considered alongside all other applications. However, non-EEA candidates may not be appointed to a post if a suitably qualified, experienced and skilled EU/EEA candidate is available to take up the post as the employing body is unlikely, in these circumstances, to satisfy the Resident Labour Market Test. The UK Visas and Immigration department requires employers to complete this test to show that no suitably qualified EEA or EU worker can fill the post. From 6 April 2017, Tier 2 skilled worker applicants, applying for entry clearance into the UK, must present a criminal record certificate from each country they have resided continuously or cumulatively for 12 months or more in the past 10 years.
