The Analytics Manager is an exciting new role within the Product, Data and Analytics team, supporting the product, reporting and platform developments that will enable Finecast to build a best in class offering. This role will assist in building out and maintaining a cohesive strategy for data infrastructure, systems and processes. They will use data modelling and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business priorities Key Responsibilities:
Own business modelling and forecasting efforts that support strategic planning and investment decisions. Using in-depth knowledge of the business to optimize these capabilities Create revenue models to support pricing and yield decision making Act as the lead in the reporting capabilities for business insights into supply, revenue and margin considerations - including presenting back to stakeholders Be key owner for the set up of new APIs and data feeds from SSPs and DSPs; managing and optimising the data intake, validation and standardisation - as well as modelling and visualisation Support Finecast's reporting by owning and enhancing dashboards and data feeds to advance client and key stakeholder needs Create quantitative analyses and ad hoc reporting to support both internal teams and client needs
• Be the escalation point for troubleshooting reporting and data integration Facilitate a cohesive relationship with the key stakeholders throughout the business, particularly Finance, Client Services, Operations, Supply, Global Platforms teams and Leadership to understand business pressure, reporting requirements and areas of improvement Candidate Requirements:
The following skills and attributes will be required: Experience creating and utilising statisitcal modelling techniques Practical experience in SQL, BigQuery with Python or other programming skills valuable Experience with Data manipulation and visualisation software such as Data Studio, Looker, Datorama and Qlik. Experience with using APIs The ability to decipher and organise large amounts of data Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions. Experience Google Cloud Platform, specifically Compute, Storage and Big Data services or other cloud service providers Experience in supporting and implementing complex data management systems and maintaining high-standard data security practices is valuable Able to effectively manage stakeholder expectations, proactively and reactively Strong communication skills - both written and verbal. Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of the media advertising ecosystem, with TV advertising advantageous, especially with familiarity of data architecture of data and reporting feeds Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint Being able to support and train other members of the team Finecast Team Identity:
