As part of our expansion plans we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Area Manager who specialises in Mental Health to manage a number of Mental Health Supported Living Services in the Surrey area. You must be someone who has had prior experience of managing multiple sites/services and is able to delegate responsibility and manage high performing teams.
Ideally Qualified to QCF Level 5/NVQ Level 4 or above with a proven track record within Adult Supported Living Services. You will be a leader of people who is an excellent communicator and installs values in your team.
