Assistant Operations Manager
Assistant Operations Manager to join a busy team to be the first point of support with the Customer Support Team & customers.
This would be a really good opportunity for someone whose had a couple or more years' experience as a Team Leader who is ready to take the next step in their development.
- Strong customer focus is essential
- The ability to multi-task
- Recent knowledge of SAP
- CRM, and/or strong Excel Skills would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure
