Job Description:

This role is a member of the EMEA marketing team and is responsible for the conceptualization, design and production of conference presentations and webcasts, brochures, flyers and events materials for print and digital distribution.

This role collaborates with presenters as well as the rest of the marketing department to create and produce compelling event content. They may also collaborate on global marketing creative projects as well as with other departments across the business such as Sales, Investments, Research, Compliance and Corporate Services to produce external and internal use content.

This individual must have the ability to work accurately within a corporate brand and a fast-paced environment and develop an understanding of the broader communication needs of the internal client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains brand standards and consistency of message and design across a variety of mediums
  • Reviews work for accuracy of typing, layout, consistency and format
  • Routes iterations to the client and successfully addresses client feedback
  • Works on multiple assignments with competing deadlines
  • Maintains version control through the tracking of drafts as they progress to a final version
  • Displays exceptional customer service skills and helps foster an environment of teamwork
  • Routes marketing collateral through Legal and Compliance for approvals and makes necessary revisions
  • Ensure proper prioritization, meet all established deadlines, and proactively resolve issues that may impact the success of active projects
  • Keeps up-to-date records for each project in workflow database
  • Ensures files are properly archived

  • Presentation Design

  • Works with EMEA and US Design, Events and Communications teams to improve and develop slides and on-screen visuals
  • Formats numerical data, charts, text and other visual graphic elements, sourcing appropriate data where necessary
  • Assists in maintaining a library of standard event collateral
  • Designs and animates PowerPoint slides for on-screen event presentations
  • Collaborates with speakers to create or improve their presentations
  • Upholds and advocates for brand standards and consistency of message and design across presentation materials
  • Creative

  • Create from scratch and edit exiting PDF documents in InDesign including but not limited to brochures, flyers and additional marketing collateral
  • Conceptualize and design high-quality print and web work that aligns with business goals and the needs of our sales and investment teams.
  • Work collaboratively with Editorial team so that copy and design work together to communicate the subject matter in a clear and understandable way.
  • Support global creative projects as and when required
  • Be an advocate of our brand guidelines and standards and an SME in relation to how this is interpreted into new collateral
  • Is accountable for digital delivery of the final versions of marketing collateral 
  • Creates press-ready files and coordinates printing with external vendors
  • Create, research, and retouch images as needed. Must understand best practices for print retouching and digital optimization.
  • Develops data visualizations, formats numerical data, charts, text, photographs, and other visual graphic elements
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in graphic design or a related field and/or previous relevant work experience
  • Expert in print production software: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word); Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience in typography, production and prepress skills
  • Ability to translate and simplify complex data through information graphics, charts and graphs
  • Excellent oral, presentation, and communications skills and a professional client service mind-set

  • Must be process-driven, but flexible
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience working in a marketing or creative environment
  • Background in financial services industry preferred/advantageous
