We're looking to recruit for an Associate Sales Specialist for our Accountancy Software sales team in Manchester.
In this position, you'll be responsible for supporting our sales teams by providing pre-sales support for our Payroll products and services. This includes delivering customer demonstrations and webinars, providing answers to technical questions about our products, and developing lead generation and campaign ideas.
What will you be doing?
As an Associate Sales Specialist in this team, your daily responsibilities will be as follows:
Working with Account Teams to provide sales support for business opportunities Understand our customer's aims and challenges, and helping to establish our IRIS products as the best solution available Advise accountants and their IT Staff on the right software, taking into account their business needs Delivering sales webinars across our IRIS Payroll products Building and presenting demonstrations, tailored to match our customers' business needs Presenting IRIS technology including demonstrating deep familiarity with the products and accountancy practices Helping to develop and deliver product sales training and help certify the sales organisation
What skills and experience do I need to have?
We're looking for an experienced sales person with the following skills and experience:
Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skils Knowledge of selling software applications and web technology Previous experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant is desired Experience as a user or technical consultant for IRIS products (advantageous) Experience of Pre/Post Sales (advantageous)
