Job Description

Role: Apprenticeship Sales Advisor

Salary: £21,000 p/a + Bonus

This opportunity is for experienced B2B sales professionals to join a fantastic client based in Rotherham. Our client, a well-established and growing national Training and Education provider are looking for outgoing and target driven Sales Advisors to join their existing team.

The client are offering an excellent basic salary with uncapped commission earning potential. Alongside this they offer an attractive holiday allowance of 23 days (plus bank holidays), company pension scheme and a fun and professional working environment.

Due to growth my client has 2 new positions available within the Sales Department as a Sales Advisor. For successful candidates your main role will be to create new business opportunities for a team of BDM's nationwide, identifying apprenticeship opportunities with potential clients whilst also promoting my clients other training solutions.

The ideal candidate is someone who is professional, and target driven. Working towards monthly targets you will be rewarded with excellent performance bonuses and progression opportunities within the business.


  • To contact prospective businesses to generate interest in Digital Marketing Apprenticeships
  • To identify the client's eligibility through probing questioning
  • To work closely with and book daily client meetings for BDM's
  • You will research local areas and businesses within it to identify selling opportunities
  • Keep accurate records and update internal systems
  • Provide a friendly and energetic telephone manner
  • Meet individual daily, weekly and monthly targets

Required Skills:

  • Previous B2B experience is essential
  • Experience working in apprenticeship sales is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • Excellent communication & listening skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach
  • Energetic, passionate and target driven
  • Fully flexible, confident and results driven
