We are looking to recruit capable and experienced team workers to join our Bank Physiotherapy team at Spire Gatwick Park Hospital. 

Our physiotherapists work across both in and outpatient areas. Our Physiotherapy Manager is committed to the professional development of the team, ensuring that you will enjoy the benefit of constantly learning new skills. This will be through methods as diverse as formal teaching, observation, peer review and reflection, always with Spire’s focus on learning from each other.  Because we are continually developing our services at Spire things never stand still, so you’ll need to be able to embrace change. This change can often mean opportunities for learning and advancement, whether that is helping develop clinical protocols for a new service, specialising in a clinical area, or eventually leading a team.

Duties and responsibilities

  • To provide a high standard of physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, treatment and advice to patients
  • Discuss, agree and explain responsibilities for the physiotherapy assessment of patients, including their needs and any associated risks
  • Using clinical reasoning skills develop treatment plans that are appropriate to the patient taking into consideration their physiotherapy care, risks and wellbeing.

Who we're looking for

  • Degree (BSc Hons in Physiotherapy) or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ post graduate clinical MSK experience
  • Experience of assessing, diagnosing and treating a range of patients/cases

Contract Type: Bank
