Trainee Branch/Field Sales Consultant - Crawley Branch

Basic Salary of £18K with generous bonus scheme + Company Car

Our divisional Field Sales Consultants sell across four main industries; Automotive, Wood, Metal & Construction. Our aim is to drive sales and grow our business with existing customers and seek out opportunities through new customers.

We require people with excellent sales skills and proven success in goal setting and achievement or alternatively you may come from a relevant trade or customer facing background. This role is a 50/50 split between shop and field and will have increased time in the field as the role progresses

Duties and Responsibilties

Field
Prospecting local visits - defined list of targeted businesses/Managing accounts that have been opened - repeat business/referrals/demonstrations
Installing the store values and promoting its use at all times
Feedback to the Area Sales anager new stock requirements from customersShop
Chasing work that has been done in the field, catch up with appointments, product/price enquiries
Telesales
Appointments
Opening and developing new accounts
