As our Campaign Analytics Manager, you will manage in real-time the tactical day to day performance of the Business Sales function by maximising performance across Tele-Marketing and Tele Sales through resource, data management and the departmental MI.

Your role as our Campaign Analytics Manager will involve:

- Providing expertise and guidance to all managers and agents on day-to-day queries

- Driving the real-time performance of the Call Centre floor through departmental MI, data, resource and motivational incentives

- Recognising potential underperformance quickly so that the necessary steps and changes can be taken in real-time to recover the performance with minimal impact

- Managing the holiday requirements of 50FTE in a timely fashion ensuring the department delivers on its ASH target to maximise performance

- Managing the resource to ensure any off-phone work including training, business briefs, 12-1’s and coaching are taken at the optimum times during the day

- Acting as a key stakeholder in the design and delivery of the monthly data plan ensuring we have the right number of people on each campaign

- Being a key stakeholder in the design and delivery of departmental process changes and new dialling campaigns encompassing all aspects including, Data, CRM changes, Call Guides, FTE count and targeting

- Ownership of the departmental Incentive process ensuring we drive the right performance through effective staff engagement

- Ensuring departmental standards including policies and procedures are adhered too

- Acting as a central point of contact for 1st Line customer complaint escalation ensuring customers are dealt with in a timely manner in line with the company procedure

- Monitoring AHT and customer interaction addressing performance issues

What we are looking for in our ideal Campaign Analytics Manager:

- Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access

- Significant Tele Marketing and Sales experience gained ideally in the Insurance arena

- Experience of data analysis and report building in Excel

- Data manipulation, formula creation, charts and graphs, pivot tables

- Knowledge of MS SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and querying using T-SQL

- Understanding of relational database architecture and querying

- A high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work flexibly within tight deadlines with demanding stakeholders

- High level of attention to detail ensuring all data is correct whilst conducting analysis
