Location – London Borough of Barnet

Salary - £22000.00 - £23000.00 Per Annum

• Excellent organiser with very high attention to detail

• The ability to build and manage strong relationships with customers and care assistants

The role offers the opportunity for developing positive working relationships with customers, their families our team. You will provide a crucial link between each customer and their care assistant. You will often deal with queries from customers about their care and support which requires a sensitive understanding of customer needs and a supportive telephone manner.


you must also be clear about the best way to work with care assistant schedules to maintain continuity in the delivery of care. You will need to build strong relationships with the care team so you can call upon extra cover when needed. In line with our policies you must also be committed to anti-discriminatory practice and customer rights.
