What is the job?

A Care Team Leader  is essential to work every day to help all residents live a dignified and meaningful life. The job requires the highest of standards, bags of passion while always considering the resident’s choices, their views and respecting their independence.

What we are looking for?

Previous experience in a Senior role essential. Ability to work and lead a dedicated team.You will have responsibilty to coach the carers and promote their development.

Assisting the Head of Care could also include aspects of the operational management for a candidate with ability.
