About the role
Visiting customers in their own home and working within a close team Care duties, including hands on personal care and support with daily living Delivering outcome-focused care and support to help people make the most of their lives and remain as independent as possible Full Time & Part Time Hours available Hours: 07:00 - 14:00 & 16:00 - 22:00, including alternate weekend working
Kind and caring – no experience required Car owner, with a full driving licence Enthusiastic, flexible, motivated and passionate about care Excellent communication skills
