Job Description

This position will support Brambles Corporate Communications, with a focus on change and transformation communications. This will include developing and executing tactical, innovative and effective communications that help deliver the company’s transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement communications campaigns and initiatives to support global transformation and business improvement programmes
  • Develop engaging, creative and innovative content for the company’s communication channels, including the intranet, global e-newsletters, News Hub, social platforms and executive presentations
  • Produce internal and external company videos and other digital content
  • Engage with multiple business units, including senior leaders, and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure all communications are in line with our purpose, strategies and goals
  • Manage Town Hall events including preparation of presentations and content plans, take ownership of all logistics and any other requirements
  • Maintain programme communication plan so it is up-to-date including tracking activities and dependencies
  • Identify and collect key metrics to measure communication program effectiveness and deliver dashboards, reports and insights
  • Work closely across all regional and Group communications teams to continuously improve internal communication channels and share global best practice
  • Build relationships and understand stakeholder needs; use this information to design and produce high quality communication materials that supports the delivery of internal messaging
  • Experience and Skills:

  • Experience working in a communications or marketing related role
  • Experience in editing, writing, copywriting or content management
  • Experience in digital content production (email, intranet, podcast and video)
  • Experience dealing with a significant & diverse number of employee audiences and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills (in English) with the ability to distil messages clearly
  • Great attention to detail and confidence to manage complex logistics such as online and hybrid event management
  • Ability to be diplomatic and to employ discretion with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, self-motivated, engaged, result-driven and able to deliver against a wide variety of business objectives at pace
  • Ability to relate to, collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels including senior leaders
  • Good eye for creative design and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign or similar software
  • Experience with video editing
