​Role Summary

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and relational Client Account Manager with a heavy focus areas of product and services such as:  digital technologies, content management, creative services, web eCommerce operations, search/CRO. This is a role that involves both account management and growth.

The Client Account Manager will manage the key relationship for primary UK and EMEA clients in the B2B/MRO vertical. The successful candidate will be proactive, excellent in relationship building, passionate about digital services and able to run his/her portfolio autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagement accounts in the B2B/MRO vertical.  Typical engagements include digital technologies, content management, creative services, web eCommerce operations, Search/CRO
  • Support the eClerx business development, execution, and senior management globally to anticipate and identify new opportunities and service areas
  • Develop and maintain active relationships with key stakeholders throughout the engagement portfolio
  • Closely work with offshore operations team to manage issues/risks and delivery excellence
  • Responsible for portfolio revenue targets and growth through developing new relationships, as well as identifying new opportunities to match service capabilities with client needs
  • Work closely with product leads to identify opportunities in the accounts and pursue the same for closure
  • Manage project proposals, timelines, and deliverables for engagements from proposal through implementation in conjunction with the services team
  • Autonomously run the portfolio

Eligibility Requirements

  • Prior experience in Travel or Retail or eCommerce or MRO vertical is preferred
  • Substantial experience in client management and engagements, account management, business development, consulting services delivery with proven track record of cross-selling, upselling and growing a book of business
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills - the ability to network and earn client confidence and trust
  • Strong domain knowledge of areas such as digital technologies, content management, creative services, web eCommerce operations, search/CRO
  • Proactive in nature
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
