We are looking for a Client Support specialist to join our awesome team in Edinburgh city centre. Whether you have just graduated or already have experience in account management, we want to hear from you!
The Client Support team provides post-sales support for all sales teams. We are responsible for client training, product implementation, data analysis, technical troubleshooting, and performance reviews. We closely partner with our sales teams to ensure our clients get the best service and help look for additional product opportunities to assist in renewal and retention.
Client Support Specialist - Major Responsibilities/Activities:
Stay in contact with clients using all communication channels (phone, mail, chat) and understand needs/challenges
Gain an understanding of clients specific recruitment needs and challenges.
Provide feedback to clients to help increase ROI based on performance data analysis and industry trends.
Evaluate products purchased to ensure clients receive sufficient ROI through interpreting Business Intelligence reports/portals and coaching clients on improvement suggestions.
Train and educate new and existing clients on how to use products to their maximum benefit, encourage product usage/consumption, and promote additional products that will benefit the customer.
Maintain the highest degree of customer satisfaction of both internal and external clients by ensuring timely and accurate responses to their requests.
Troubleshoot any technical issues experienced by the client or job seekers and ensure quick resolution.
Client Support Specialist - Job Requirements:
Full proficiency in English required and another language.
Degree, or previous Account Management / Customer care experience
Proficient in Microsoft office products, especially: Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Preferably minimum 2 Years Customer Service experience
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems (beneficial)
Client Support Specialist - Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Have a positive attitude and able to deal with all types of feedback
Be motivated, outgoing and not afraid to pick up the phone
Able to build lasting relationships with clients and sales
Able to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail – quality management to deliver high-quality results to our clients
Able to learn quickly and adjust to changes smoothly
