The Specialist Mental Health Team for Older People in South West Hertfordshire is looking to recruit a Community Mental Health Nurse to join our hub in Watford.
The team consists of the EMDASS early memory diagnosis and support service, the Community Mental Health Team and the Crisis Function Team, a specialist crisis team for older people and a specialist Recovery and Therapy team consisting of nurses and occupational therapists. We aim to provide a seamless care pathway for service users with functional and organic illnesses.
