Joining us as a Customer Experience Manager, you’ll ensure the delivery of our exceptional customer experience throughout the customer facing journey across properties within your portfolio.

You’ll champion our customer proposition to ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction, which in turn will lead to customer loyalty and retention, whilst ensuring customer complaints are shared and learned from to improve the Customer journey and experience.

Assisting the Head of Customer Experience in ensuring every property meets its key performance indicators, you’ll become part of our customer Service team, collaborating across the teams to drive a customer focus culture with a local feel and a right first-time approach.

About You

So, if you are commercially aware, with substantial experience in a similar role and have a proven track record of achieving results, then we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for an individual who has good team building skills and who can drive excellent customer service standards. You’ll have strong communication and organisational skills, the ability to effectively manage a dispersed workforce and have an agile approach to problem solving, focusing on customer service, quality and outcomes whilst being mindful of the commercial realities.

Although this role is home based, you will be required to travel around the South West region (Bath / Bristol) and have a presence in South Wales also and therefore a driving licence is essential.
