Our client is looking for passionate and driven individuals who are focused on delivering outstanding customer service, solving problems and getting things done. With start dates across the next 3 months this is the perfect opportunity to apply.

They are a leading insurance provider and are currently going an exciting period of growth. They can offer their Customer Service Advisor a fantastic start salary of £19,500 per annum, a bonus structure, generous benefits package and a fun working environment.

In order to excel in this role, their Customer Service Advisor will be able to demonstrate strong customer focused skills and great listening skills. You’ll treat everyone you deal with as an individual, understanding their needs, showing empathy and making them feel important but most importantly you will resolve the customer query,

Their Customer Service Advisor will provide a professional, first class level of customer service. Above everything, it’s about putting their customers at the heart of every decision you make, using your judgment and skills to support them and provide advice.

You will be required to answer their customer’s telephone and written queries and take ownership for their resolution. This is a fast paced role where you will deal with all levels of complexity from customer queries to complaints.

Our client’s Customer Service Advisor will be required to work 40 hours per week based on a shift pattern between our client’s office opening hours of 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays from 9am – 1pm.
