The Business Support Advisor will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for the smooth administration and processing of new business & in life within Close Leasing. Working closely with the management, sales and administrative teams to support with administrative tasks. You will need to have strong attention to detail, work quickly to meet deadlines and be highly disciplined in your approach to administration. Whilst the role is an administrative role it is extremely varied therefore we are looking for someone open to change, flexibility and adaptability.
Complete In life requests to include calculating & processing settlements on the Alfa lease management system. Liaise with brokers & customers regarding End of Lease process Responsible for Bank reconciliations Raise Sales invoices on SAP Send Vendor invoices for payment Issue finance documentation to customers Set up new & existing brokers To help support the team with additional tasks as required to maintain the smooth running of the office Good telephone manner Scanning & filling of documents Effectively plan and organise time to maximise productivity and efficiency You are required to attend training courses as and when requested, for both regulatory and personal development purposes
