We are now recruiting for a Customer Service Apprentice, based in Sandycroft (Deeside). You will undertake a one year training programme within the operations department. Offering a high level of administrative support to internal and external business. Ensuring an efficient and accurate booking procedure and service. Responsible for building and maintaining working relationships with Suppliers, Travel Agents and internal departments.
A combination of job related and academic training will be offered throughout the one year apprenticeship, you will achieve a Customer Service Level 2 NVQ qualification.
0 – 6 months
Accurate fulfillment of all land product in line with process Executing daily tasks in line with coordinators instruction Data entering renovations and notifying Travel Agents of the same Archiving Informing Travel agents of Changes to accommodation Sending off new complaints to hotels and suppliers
6 – 12 months
Amending Bookings in line with process Telephone Support to Travel Agents Reading/understanding contracts and producing quotations Handling issues concerning confirmed bookings Overseas support for customers on resort
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Quick learner PC literate A good understanding of Microsoft Office and Internet sites Good verbal and written skills Confident and positive attitude An interest in Travel and Tourism or Operations
