Customer Service Coordinator

Forterra Peterborough, Cambridgeshire Full-Time
Starting from £18,000 per annum

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy team in the position of Customer Service Coordinator.

Do you feel you have the skills & personality to succeed within a busy customer service environment? Have you got experience in handling large volumes of inbound calls working in a call centre? If yes, this role could be for you.

Your duties would include but not limited to the following;

  • Receiving and processing orders for our Brick and Block customers
  • Price and process quotations
  • Liaise with Area Sales Manager on a daily basis to ensure smooth running of a designated area to give the customers a professional service
  • Resolve queries within agreed SLA’s.
  • Any other duties to ensure smooth running of the Sales Office
