Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our client based in Bracknell.

The successful Customer Service Team Leader will be responsible for:

  • Championing procedure and promoting best practise
  • Providing excellent customer service from initial setup
  • Ensuring all requirements are clearly understood and followed through
  • Proactively contribute to quarterly reviews with 3rd party teams to identify development areas and implement improvement
  • Overseeing a portfolio of European customer accounts
  • Being the point of escalation for European customer delivery issues and out of the norm requirements

The Customer Service Team Leader will have:

  • Experience in a supervisory role
  • Proven track record of providing customer services to a large portion of key customers
  • Competent usage of JDE Oracle or comparable operating system
  • The ability, confidence and desire to influence change and improvements to systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Competent user of MS Excel & Outlook
