Managing a team, allocating work, monitoring service and performance levels, taking actions to improve these, running appraisal meetings and handling recruitment and budget management.

Attending trustee and department meetings you will also be giving technical advice, reporting on any issues that arise and performance levels of the team.

We are looking fro candidates with demonstrable DB pensions experience, managerial exposures and excellent communication skills.
