We are looking for a senior nurse, registered Nurse or Clinical lead or an Experienced Deputy Manager for an Amazing care provider in Hayes this home has had a 2 million make over and is an amazing place to work.

We are looking for passionate RGN’s and RMN’s for a highly prestigious and reputable care home in Hayes , this care home is specialists in Nursing, Residential and Dementia.


• 4 – 6 years experience at a Senior Nurse/Sister level (G Grade/Agenda for Change band 7)

• Ability to demonstrate leadership skills

• Proven experience in ‘change management’

• Knowledge of the Commission for social Care Inspection (CSCI) and the National Care Standards (2000)

• Experience in palliative care would be of an advantage

Job Summary:

To work closely with the Registered Manager and deputise in his/her absence, to ensure the smooth operation of the Nursing Home.

To act as a clinical and professional leader in the delivery of resident care.

The post holder must facilitate and empower staff to develop modern, responsive and effective professional services within the Nursing Home.

To be accountable for improving the working environment and improving residents health and well being.

To be accountable for effective management of teams and resources to maintain high standards of evidenced – based nursing care and the clinical environment of the Nursing Home.

The post holder will be required to carry out all relevant forms of care and will work in partnership with other heads of departments and staff to promote high standards and uphold the good name of the Nursing Home.
