Job Description

We currently have vacancies.

Pathways to Opportunity

Changing Pathways is a place-based domestic abuse support charity that has been supporting survivors and their children in South Essex and Thurrock for over forty years. With a recent expansion to cover both Epping and Harlow.

Our approach to supporting survivors of this devastating crime is holistic; assisting the survivor to address their immediate safety needs whilst setting them on a pathway to recovery from their traumatic experiences; more positive outcomes in their lives and the lives of their children; and a sustained exit from domestic abuse.

Changing Pathways continually seeks new ways to advocate for those who are currently or have previously experienced domestic abuse, inter-personal violence and stalking and harassment. We are involved in campaigning work and as an affiliated member of national Women's Aid Federation of England, we work to the Women's Aid National Quality Standards.

Changing Pathways is committed to breaking the cycle and impact of domestic abuse, and as such, we will only accept applications from candidates who share our vision and have a feminist perspective to eliminate the unequal positioning of those experiencing domestic abuse.
