An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Estimator to join a well-established company based in Diss, Norfolk.

The Company:


They are internationally recognised as a world leading specialist contractor for technically advanced structures and enclosures. They combine client support, engineering expertise, attractive systems components and project management processes to create unique architectural structures and enclosures, from local retail applications to international facilities and leisure facilities.


About the Role:


They are currently looking for an Estimator to join their Sales team, based at their office in Diss, Norfolk.  You will work with the Head of Pre-Construction & Estimating and the Pre-Con Estimating and Design teams to service tender enquiries and budget quotations which have been requested from main contractors, Cost Consultants and Architects.

Working from architectural & structural drawings and specifications, you will assess material, labour and equipment required and analyse different quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers.  You will be required to produce quality written and informative submissions supported by internally produced design and engineering documents in a timely manner.


Candidate Requirements:


You should be able to read architectural and structural drawings. Previous experience in a construction related role is essential, preferably within the façade sector. 

You will be expected to communicate effectively across all levels of the business, therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.  You should have strong numerical and analytical skills and be able to work in an organised and methodical manner, either independently or as part of a team.

This is a full-time position and in return the company is offering a Competitive Salary, Depending on Experience.
