Executive Assistant to the Medical Team

Hours: 37.5

Salary: Band 4 £21,089 - £23,761 per annum

Based at Winsley

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and hard-working Executive Assistant to join Dorothy House to provide the highest level of administrative and secretarial support to our Medical Director and the wider team of doctors.  

In your role as Executive Assistant to medical team your role will be busy and varied and will require you to be able to organise and prioritise your time effectively and efficiently. Key responsibilities, although not limited to, will include:

  • Advanced diary management
  • Coordination of complex medical rotas
  • Preparing papers and presentations linked to the administrative and management duties of the medical director and clinical lead
  • Collation and preparation of doctor’s medical activity statistics
  • General secretarial duties such as minute taking, typing letters and dealing with telephone, fax and email enquiries.
  • Assisting with audit projects
  • Working closely with the medical director in the implementation of the new DHHC strateg

As the Executive Assistant, you will be professional, discreet and maintain strict levels of confidentiality. You will have a flexible, proactive and can-do attitude and will “muck in” with the wider secretarial team to ensure a cohesive support function.
