Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage team performance metrics accurately (e.g., dashboards; scorecards; reports) in order to facilitate performance review and analysis 
  • Develop, support and work closely with associate director of project manager and process to review and optimize team procedures and processes to support strategic direction, grow the business, recognize efficiencies and lower marketing costs.
  • Product owner for various platforms (Robohead, Workfront, Tableau). Responsible for changes, workflow simplification and keeping up to date with the new features and capabilities
  • Develop and manage end to end budget of $4M+: including tracking and processing invoices, inter- department transfers, quarterly forecasting and actual reports, monthly budget reconciliation, and regularly monthly updates on current budget performance

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree experience in computer science, finance, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years product owner, capacity planning or finance
  • Experience as a product owner, creating software solutions Technology skills to develop platforms
  • Ability to identify, develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with company and departmental direction and goals
  • Experience in capacity and resource planning. Able to apply strong business acumen and collaborative skills.
  • Expert in budget forecasting and management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 360 Office
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance
  • Preferred Qualification:

  • Finance experience: forecasting and budget management of $4M+ budget
  • High degree of expertise in staff forecasting, capacity planning and managing day to day assignments
  • Multi-Platform strategy, management, and coding experience (Tableau, Workfront, Robohead, Kanban)
  • Expert level data management and reporting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to always meet deadlines
  • Self-Starter accustomed to simultaneously playing several roles, plus an ability to develop solutions that meet internal and external business needs
  • Excellent communication and listening skills and the ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Soft Skills:

  • Interpersonal skills, including positive assertiveness, professional communication, relationship building, and effective written and verbal communication
  • Must be a highly motivated individual with the ability to offer solutions
  • Ability to effectively manage conflict in a professional manner
  • Ability to react to last-minute changes with a positive attitude, while keeping a positive leadership shadwo
  • Ability to work with little direction and approach all situations with an objective, provocative attitude in an accountable and humble way.

    Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $71,400 to $127,400. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
