Job Description

HR Administrator, HR Operations Specialist Function



We have a fantastic opportunity for a strong Administrator to join Domestic & General’s outstanding HR function on a temp to perm basis.



This role is ideal if you are looking entry level role in HR which will set you up for long term success in HR. The HR Operations team is friendly, hardworking and welcoming – you will feel at home straight away!



The role requires you to act as the first point of contact for line managers and employees providing advice and guidance and supporting the operational elements of the employee life cycle.



You will partner with other specialist areas in HR such as Employee Relations, Resourcing and Payroll to provide a first-class HR service. Importantly we also want you to take part in key projects the HR Function is leading on giving you even further exposure to industry leading HR thought. You will be part of a large HR function with experienced and talented HR professionals who will help you develop to your true potential.
