Job Description

This company is growing and expanding their teams, in line with exciting business growth is looking to develop it's hardworking and busy HR department.

With a constant need for good, hardworking and passionate colleagues, your role would be to increase headcount through effective recruitment campaigns, building relationships with agencies and capture excellent talent through attractive advertising. Demonstrate strong coordinative skills when organising interviews and liaise effectively internally with hiring managers to ensure screening and relevant training is carried out efficiently.

Take responsibility for completing the offer process and conducting referencing and background security checks.

Enjoy working closely together with the HR manager to monitor staff attendance, absence and performance.

You will need to be hard-working, willing to take on new challenges and be proactive to build a cohesive workforce.
