Great that you're thinking about a career with BSI!We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join us to support the Commercial arm of BSI.We are looking for an experienced, strategic thinking, HR Business Partner to join us to support the Commercial arm of BSI, with a specific focus on the current business transformation across Marketing and the broader Commercial team.In this role you will act as both influencer and enabler ensuring that the collective capability of HR is brought together to support the business strategy. Critical to your success will be the ability to provide people change insight and considerations, demonstrable business acumen, a structured project mindset and experience in considering Culture and Growth mindset in delivering people change effectively. You will partner with key Commercial stakeholders, who are leading the Commercial Transformation agenda, and will leverage the HR Operating model, resources and ways of working (including use of the Workday HRIS system) to deliver the agreed transformation outcomes.HR Business Partners work collaboratively across a matrix of teams; key stakeholders, HRBPs from other areas, the Centres of Expertise and HR Operations, to help build organisation and people capability. You will need to have an excellent understanding of how to navigate the matrix at BSI, understand the Commercial Transformation objectives and the context of this change for the broader organisation.
