We are currently recruiting for a Part time HR Business Partner required to work 30 hours over 4 days.
This is a temporary role initially until 31/3/2020.
The focus of the role is to provide the delivery of the highest quality HR services and proactively working with senior stakeholders and trade unions to support the forward planning, engagement and performance of the continuous improvement journey whilst embedding good HR practice and raising people management capability.
You will report to and work closely with the Head of OD & HR to develop HR initiatives that create and add value to the business and performance overall.
Requirements experience, knowledge and qualifications:
•Substantial knowledge of Employment law including case law
•Significant experience working in a HR environment, providing strategic and operational advice to senior managers
•Significant experience in dealing with sensitive and complex HR situations including large scale business, cultural and behavioural changes
•Experience of managing professional teams
•Experience of leading successful Trade Union consultations
•Knowledge and experience of delivering large-scale projects affecting the workforce.
