HR Business Partner required within Newton Abbot, Devon.
The position is offering flexible part time work on an initial 2 month contract, with rates from £18+ per hour.
The role is to provide professional HR & OD advice to managers across the business, including Corporate Management Team through delivery of activities within the HR and OD business plan.
To manage, develop and implement HR projects and programmes that support Organisational objectives, providing creative solutions and professional HR advice, guidance and challenge as required.
To lead, project manage and deliver the workforce and people aspects of Organisational change programmes to ensure the alignment of the strategic vision of the business units in the context of the organisation and challenges of the business and political environment.
a) To deliver HR and OD solutions and advice that achieve the Organisational objectives of the client.
b) To ensure that policies, procedures and systems for HR and OD are modern, up to date and deliver against the current and future needs of the client.
c) To proactively manage Organisational change programmes that deliver the desired outcomes and conform to legal and cultural frameworks.
d) To ensure that HR and OD provide a cohesive and responsive service to managers and employees on all employment related matters.
e) To ensure that the client has a workforce that is aligned with the future needs of the service.
