HR Business Partner Herts Full time Permanent Position available now so early applications encouraged
Reporting to the Assistant Director of HR Manager your role will be to support them in providing a proactive service to staff and managers to support the charity's business needs. This will include assistance with recruitment, performance management and development, learning and development, pay and reward, volunteer management and development, and the provision of advice and support to all staff and managers.
The successful candidate is likely to be CIPD qualified, QBE, or working towards this qualification.
Experience of working within an organisation going through change would be helpful as would working with the Business Partner Model.
You will also bring experience of working within a generalist operational human resources function previously and ideally bring up to date knowledge of current legislation, best practice and human resources policy and procedures.
